Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.

2. Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days starting from the day:

at the location where you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and they were delivered together;
on the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they were delivered separately.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter, fax, or email) of your decision to cancel this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the deadline expires.

3. Consequences of the withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option), without delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund as was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not be charged any fees.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of shipment—whichever comes first.

4. Returning the goods

You must return or hand over the goods immediately, and no later than 14 days after cancellation.
The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.
You are only liable for any loss in value if it is attributable to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the item’s condition, characteristics, and functionality.

5. Grounds for Exclusion or Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of non-prefabricated goods that are custom-made or clearly tailored to personal needs;
for the delivery of perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages with a price agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, which are delivered no earlier than 30 days later and are subject to market fluctuations;
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (excluding subscriptions).

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:

sealed goods for hygiene or health protection reasons, if the seal has been broken;
Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
sealed audio or video recordings or software, if the seal has been broken.
