In constant exchange with our farmers, our quality managers, the tasting professionals and the product developers, a hot beverage concept was created that takes into account the culinary needs of consumers as well as the living conditions of the producers. 

Whenever possible, we source our products from direct trade at origin. This gives us the opportunity to build long-term relationships with local producers and farmers and to work together on the quality of the tea, cocoa and coffee, but also on charitable projects.
